SIDHARTHA in Sanskrit

Hermann Hesse's famous novel "SIDHARTHA" has been translated to Sanskrit by Dr. L. Sulochana Devi, Reader, Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram. The book was released by Prof. Vishnu Narayanan Nambuthiri at an august function held at Press Club, Thiruvananthapuram. The book was accepted by Dr V. R. Prabodhachandran Nair.

The release function was organised by the Hermann Hesse Society of India and the Staff Club of Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram.

The release function was held at Press Club, Thiruvananthapuram. Dr K. Unnikrishnan of the Department of Sahithya, Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram welcomed the gathering. Dr Devaki Antharjanam, Department of Vedantha, Government Sanskrit College, Thiruvananthapuram delivered the Chairpersons address.

Prof. Arumanoor Nirmalanandan and Dr P. Laila, Principal are also seen.

Dr K. Unnikrishnan welcomed the gathering. Dr P. Laila, Principal was the Chairperson. Prof. Arumanoor Nirmalanandan, Dr T. Devarajan, Dr. K. Maheswarana Nair and Prof. R. vasudevan Potti offered felicitations.
